Shipping, Exchanges & Returns


SHIPPING

Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing and shipping of Ready-to-wear pieces. 

Once a tracking number has been generated we will immediately email you.  

The United Postal Service is our preferred shipper.  

Each brimmed hat is shipped in a corrugated hatbox for future use for travel and storage.  

They are also sold separately for $25 each.

 

 CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER

Please allow at least 10 to 15 days from date of purchase for the completion of custom and made to order pieces. 

We offer rush options at an additional cost.

When requesting a made to order item we ask the you understand that each piece is custom and will vary slightly from the original with in a reasonable amount.

 

RETURNS

We stand behind the craftsmanship of each piece that we create, should your hat not meet your standards you have 14 days to contacts us to for an exchange or in-store credit.

Should your piece not meet expectations, we are happy to work with you until the item fits your desired requirements or issue store credit for 15% less than the purchase price. 

We are unable to offer refunds on B.M. Franklin & Co. Custom, Made-to-Order or Discounted items.

 

EXCHANGES

Items purchased under $250 may be exchanged within 14 days.  

This excludes custom items and orders. 

If an item was purchased online or received as a gift please send an email requesting an exchange to info@bmfranklinco.com.  Extra postage will be applied if deemed necessary.

 

STORE CREDIT
A store credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping costs.
