Shipping, Exchanges & Returns


SHIPPING & MADE-TO-ORDER
Please allow 10-14 business days from date of purchase or deposit for the completion of custom and made-to-order pieces.  Due to Covid-19 please allow 1-2 days for processing of Ready-to-wear pieces.  Once a tracking number has been generated we will immediately email you.  
The United States Postal Service is our preferred shipper.  Each brimmed hat is shipped express in a corrugated hatbox for future travel and storage.  They are also sold separately for $20 each.
RETURNS
We are unable to offer refunds on B.M. Franklin & Co. custom, made-to-order or discounted items.  Should your piece not meet expectations, we are happy to work with you until the item fits your desired requirements or issue un-expirable store credit for 15% less than the purchase price.
EXCHANGES
Items purchased under $250 may be exchanged within 14 days.  This excludes custom items and orders. If an item was purchased online or received as a gift please send an email requesting an exchange to info@bmfranklinco.com.  Extra postage will be applicable if deemed necessary.
